Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making TrustMinutes usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Our Accessibility Goal

TrustMinutes, operated by AgenticTrust LLC, aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is the accessibility standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice and by courts in Americans with Disabilities Act Title III enforcement actions. We continually review and improve our website and application to meet this standard and to remove barriers that may prevent people with disabilities from accessing our Services.

2. What We Do

To support accessibility, we maintain the following practices across the TrustMinutes website and application:

  • Semantic HTML structure that supports assistive technologies and screen readers.
  • Text alternatives for non-text content, including images, icons, and meaningful graphics.
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background elements to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA thresholds.
  • Keyboard navigation support so that all interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse.
  • Clear and descriptive labels for form fields, buttons, and controls.
  • Consistent navigation patterns across pages and sections of the application.
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second, to avoid triggering photosensitive seizures.

3. Known Limitations

We strive for full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA but may not have resolved every issue on every page. Some third-party integrations, including payment widgets and embedded media players, may have accessibility limitations that are outside our direct control. We actively work with our vendors to encourage improvements and, where possible, provide accessible alternatives or workarounds.

4. How to Request an Accommodation

If you need assistance accessing any part of our Services, or if you need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information through an accessible method that meets your needs. Accommodation requests are handled on an individual basis and are reviewed promptly.

5. How to Report an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the TrustMinutes website or in our application, please contact us and include the following information so we can investigate and address the issue:

  • The URL where you encountered the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem and the impact it had on your ability to use the Service.
  • The browser and assistive technology you were using at the time.

We will review each report and respond within five business days.

6. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time effort. We review our website and application regularly, monitor updates to WCAG and ADA guidance, and incorporate accessibility checks into our development workflow. New features are tested for accessibility before release, and existing pages are re-evaluated as standards evolve.
