Nothing in any partner agreement creates a formal employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.

Content produced by partners, including reviews, tutorials, and promotional materials, reflects the honest opinions and actual experiences of those partners. Because partners have a financial relationship with TrustMinutes through potential commission payments, we require clear and conspicuous disclosure of that relationship when partners promote TrustMinutes or related products, including TrustOffice, in accordance with applicable Federal Trade Commission guidelines.

3. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Partners must include a clear disclosure of any financial relationship with TrustMinutes when publishing promotional content. The disclosure must be placed near the endorsement itself, must be clear and understandable to ordinary consumers, must state that the partner may earn a commission, and must appear on all platforms where the promotional content is published, including video, audio, social media, and written posts. A disclosure buried in a footer or buried in a long description is not considered clear and conspicuous.

4. Our Own Endorsements

TrustMinutes may feature customer testimonials and reviews on its website and in marketing materials. Testimonials reflect the genuine experiences of the individuals providing them. Customers are not compensated for providing testimonials. We do not materially alter the substance of reviews, and any editing is limited to corrections for length, clarity, or grammatical accuracy.

5. Third-Party Links

The TrustMinutes website may contain links to third-party products and services. If an affiliate or referral relationship exists with a third party, we will disclose that relationship on the page where the link appears. We only link to products and services that we believe are useful and relevant to our audience. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party websites.
